✔️Labrum tear left shoulder,

✔️Rotator cuff injury right shoulder.

✔️Metal plate in my left elbow,

✔️Cracked sacrum,

✔️Right knee partial acl tear

✔️Left hip labrum tear


Doctors all said I needed sugury for all of my injuries, that I wouldn’t and shouldn’t use my body the way I did when I was younger.

Well…

Proper programming, basic soft tissue, mobility work but most of all understanding that if I completely stop moving I would be done!

Everyone, especially the ones we trust will say it ain’t possible because THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN IT OR HAVE DONE IT.

Live, learn, adjust and keep moving!

I’m not where I want to be but I’m better then I would have been if I hadn’t kept moving.

This dudes strength gains are redic! When he first got to #Krank he hadn’t really worked out to seriously or followed something structured.

Plagued with back issues we worked on hip mobility, core stabilization and fundamentals of movement for awhile.

Building a solid foundation has lead to his insane gains. Numbers are climbing in his lifts and he’s put on a ton of muscle in the process.
